TRAINING DUMP 💪🏼↔️
.
Its been a head down kind of Grind lately. Nonstop action in all sectors of life.

Some have asked...Here are some clips of what my training has been looking like this year. Browse through and see if you can take any movements or ideas to your own practice.

My workouts are divided into some broad types of movements: Pull, Push, Lift, Squat, Run, Jump, etc. In addition to those, the workouts focus on working the core and Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon).

The pandemic has pushed me to adapting my physical practice slightly.

For the 10 years prior, I’ve been training in a gym environment. Now I train outside in my local park and I do all my own strength & conditioning programming.

To my surprise, I’ve come to enjoy this new training season outdoors. It’s all about showing up, working hard, and having fun.

Learn about your body. Push yourself. Most important: be consistent. And consistency starts with GETTING OUT THERE.
