Deep Work: Professional activities performed in a state of distraction-free concentration that push your cognitive capabilities to their limit. These efforts create new value, improve your skill, and are hard to replicate.
Shallow Work: Non-cognitively demanding, logistical-style tasks, often performed while distracted. These efforts tend not to create much new value in the world and are easy to replicate.

Robert Greene is one of the world’s most dedicated writers on how to get along with others and yourself. I strongly suggest becoming a student of human nature. It will change your entire reality. The more you can learn about how the human mind works, the more you can be aware of how your actions influence others.
12 Rules for Life is an interesting book. Equal parts philosophy, psychology, and self-help book, it covers a broad range of topics, with Peterson drawing from life experiences, religion, and history to build a strong case for his points and provide what seems on its surface to be very good advice for people.
I’ll give you Rule #1: Stand up straight with your shoulders back (make your body/mind honest, straight and strong). Purchase the book to understand all of them.
Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW Quadrant is a guide to financial freedom. It’s the second book in the Rich Dad Series and reveals how some people work less, earn more, pay less in taxes. The author explains the 4 quadrants you can operate in and how to maximize each. The four quadrants are: S (Self-Employed), E (Employee), B (Business Owner), and I (Investor).
At the beginning of 2018, I sat and reflected on the previous year like I usually do. During this time I always set new goals and targets for the new year. One of my 2018 goals is to purchase a multi-family property in Colorado and rent the units out to tenants. Now I’ve been educating myself on how the real estate industry works and what to look out for. Here is one of the books I’ve been reading and enjoying.

Brendon breaks high performance down into 6 habits and refers to them as the HP6:
